Inauguration funds to benefit local organizations

(6/22/07)  The Amherst Survival Center, the Jones Library ESL Center, the Family Diversity Projects, and Reader To Reader are among the more than 200 agencies across Massachusetts that will receive grants of $2,500 each, from money left over from Governor Patrick's inauguration festivities.  Boston.com is reporting that more than 1,500 agencies had applied for those funds.
